We strive to display the colors, images, and descriptions of our office furniture as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment must be made through the payment methods provided on the site (including Visa and MasterCard). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Shipping Policy

Delivery Scope: We currently only support shipping to addresses within Australia. We do not ship to other countries.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders of 70 AUD or more: Free shipping.

  • Orders under 70 AUD: A flat shipping fee of 7.99 AUD applies.

Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Transit Time: Delivery times typically fluctuate between 5 to 15 business days.

Shipping Methods: Our primary shipping carriers include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled directly within 48 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you must wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the package and then contact us to arrange a return for a refund.

Refunds: Refunds will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Arrival Time: Once the return and refund conditions are met, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment. Based on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If it is overdue, please contact us for processing.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Exchange Applicable Scenarios/Conditions: We offer a 30-day exchange period from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Steps for Users: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email to submit a request.

Return and Exchange Process: Upon receiving your request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will inspect the returned item upon receipt.

Return Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment institution (such as Visa, MasterCard), identical to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Arrival Time: After the return is confirmed, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account you used for payment.
