Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
At Selonirva (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), we are committed to providing high-quality office furniture and ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return and Exchange Validity Period
You have a validity period of 30 days starting from the date you sign for the receipt of the goods to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your receipt of the order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return and Exchange Conditions
To ensure a smooth process, please check if your request falls under the following conditions:

Appearance Issues: The item arrived with scratches, dents, or other aesthetic damage.

Quality Issues: The item has functional defects, structural instability, or breakage.

Sensory Issues: The item has a significant, unpleasant odor or severe color difference compared to the website display.

Wrong Item Sent: The goods received do not match the description or the item ordered (incorrect model/specification).

No Reason Return: You simply changed your mind or no longer want the item (subject to the item being in resalable condition).
Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If the application is approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the return address.

You need to send the item back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive it.

Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the goods to verify if they match the situation you reported. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange a refund for you immediately. For more information on refunds, please refer to the Refund Process section below.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Contact us via email at support@selonirva.com or by phone at +1 (845) 453-1447 to apply for an exchange. You must provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for exchange, and relevant videos or photos.

Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the return address.

You need to send the item back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive it.

Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the goods. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange for the new item within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new item is 5-15 business days to your address. For more information on shipping times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.

Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If it is overdue, please contact us for assistance.
Fee Rules
We believe in fair trading. The responsibility for shipping costs is determined as follows:

We pay: For returns or exchanges caused by appearance issues, quality issues, severe odor/color difference, or wrong items sent, we will bear the shipping costs.

You pay: For "No Reason" returns (change of mind), the return shipping costs shall be borne by you.
Return Label
To facilitate your return process, a return label is included inside every package. You may use this label to ship the item back to us.
Liability Disclaimer
We are responsible for the product until it is delivered to you. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from improper assembly (unless caused by unclear instructions provided by us), misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made to the product after acceptance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses beyond the value of the order, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
Condition of Goods

Item Condition for "No Reason" Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind ("No Reason"), the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if the item is returned damaged due to poor packaging by the customer.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the Return Process once the item arrives.
