Order Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Selonirva (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are committed to providing you with high-quality office furniture and a smooth online shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully regarding order cancellations.

Cancellation Conditions

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation eligibility is based on the shipment status and the time elapsed since the order was placed:

  • Within 48 Hours: If your order has not yet been shipped and the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order, you may cancel it directly for a full refund.
  • Over 48 Hours or Already Shipped: If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items to you. Once received, you may contact us to arrange a return and refund. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at support@selonirva.com or call us at +1 (845) 453-1447.
  • In your request, please provide your Order Number and valid proof of payment (such as a transaction receipt) to help us verify your identity and order details.
  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately. Once your cancellation request is reviewed and approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange for your refund without delay.

Refund Instructions

  • Refund Method: Once the cancellation or return is confirmed, the refund will be automatically credited back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) account used for the payment. We do not support refunds to alternative payment methods for security reasons.
  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of your card-issuing bank, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.
  • Late Refunds: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Modifications

If you wish to modify an order (e.g., changing the shipping address or item quantity) rather than cancel it completely, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has not been shipped, we will try our best to assist you with the changes.
  • If the order has already been shipped or exceeds the 48-hour window, we cannot modify the order. You may need to follow the standard return procedure after receiving the goods.

Cancellations Initiated by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • The ordered item is out of stock or discontinued.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
  • Inability to process payment or verify shipping information.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
