At Selonirva (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), we are dedicated to providing an efficient and transparent delivery service for your office furniture. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how we handle the transportation of your order.

Delivery Scope
We currently provide delivery services exclusively within Australia. We do not support shipping to other countries or regions at this time.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling AUD 70 or more.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than AUD 70, a flat shipping fee of AUD 7.99 will be charged.

Taxes
Transparency is key to our pricing. All applicable taxes and related fees are already included in the product price displayed on our website. You will not be required to pay any additional tax or handling fees upon delivery.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order processing is based on our service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) on a business day will begin processing that same day.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) will be processed starting the following business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting on the next available business day.

Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we require 1-3 business days to process, pack, and hand over your items to the carrier.

Transit Time
After the order has been dispatched from the warehouse, the estimated transit time is 5-15 business days. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination within Australia (e.g., metro vs. regional areas).

Logistics Carriers
To ensure your furniture arrives safely, we partner with reputable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on the size and weight of your package.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information.
To track your shipment, please visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with your Order Number to query the real-time status of your package.

Liability Statement

  • Product Damage or Loss: If your furniture arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.
  • Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us before the product is shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot intercept the package, and the standard return process will apply.
  • Delivery Address Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

Signing Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing for the receipt. If you notice significant damage, please refuse the package or note "Damaged" on the carrier's delivery slip and contact us immediately. For large furniture items, ensure the path of entry is clear.

Delivery Attempts and Unattended Locations
If you are not present at the address when delivery is attempted, the carrier may leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package from a local depot or arrange a re-delivery. In some cases, if safe to do so, carriers may leave the package in a secure location. We recommend monitoring your tracking link closely.

Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or major transportation disruptions.
